As part of Tonbridge Audis continued commitment to our customers we have reviewed various processes within the Service Department to look at any areas we could significantly change in order to respond to your welcomed feedback and to further enhance your customer experience. With that in mind we would like to make you aware of the following changes.

For your convenience the Service Department will now be open from 7.00am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. We will still be able to offer our shuttle service to the station or indeed provide a loan car (by appointment only) during this period. However, weekend hours will remain unchanged with Saturdays from 8.00am to 1.00pm and closed Sundays.

Secondly in response to the frustration surrounding unanswered telephone enquiries we have added to the department an additional Service Booking Clerk to assist at peak times. Through research we have recorded that our busiest time for calls into the Centre are normally between 8.00am and 10.00am, and 4.00pm and 6.00pm. Our quieter times at the Service Booking Desk is between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. Making a call during these times should result in you speaking directly to the Service Department to arrange your booking.
